I used to get it all the time at my last call center job. Meanwhile, a woman who "knew the right people" and had been at the company 10 years, she loudly was rude to customers all day long!

Well I'm stuck until and unless I get something else. So I'm becoming more vocal, in a calm way.
Today I said to the person next to me shouting awful things while I was an business call, that she needed to get herself together, ranting when I'm a call is inappropriate. She walked out and returned with an apology. Today I noticed others were being told of their mistakes. I mentioned in the break room to a friendly co-worker that I felt I was called out and no one else was, she refused to comment but I know the powers that be heard that remark.
