i was so shocked seeing I got a call from the sister college for a testing tech position (not IT that's fine). Next wednesday at 1pm close by not too far away from the freeway so I can get to my job on time! Oh, this must be it plus I am also waiting on another position that is IT from the same sister college hopefully I will get an interview for that one too.
Pray something awesome will come out of this so I can officially move onto full time and move on with my life and career! start a new chapter for once!

I had the interview on Wednesday it was awesome. If I am selected I will have a 2nd interview typical college takes forever to get back to candidates tired of this waiting. I have another interview for a military company typical contract omg I'll find out the details. We will see if hired they'd would want me to sign the paperwork I really want the college job.

Finished the interview earlier. Typical not always told everything by the recruiter. This is why I'm tired of going through temp agencies actually they found me. It offers a lot I just hate these metric systems call centers use. They will put my information on hold.

I feel as though why can't I choose what I want? Why does it still feel like I am taking more back seats? 2 years into my job yet I can't get what I want or negotiate? Tons of M-F positions yet the ones that are offered to me are always the ones that have weekends attached to it. It's not like I have no obligations to work weekends but I am used to to M-f positions I could work a Saturday.
Friend asked me what am I willing to sacrifice? I have no idea. I feel like I am still gonna be stuck at my current job. the contract isn't guaranteed to be perm which I knew I don't want to be stuck without a job still pushing my personal goals back.... |

I got a call from sister college today I wasn't selected for 2nd interview but I was so well liked wondering if I'd like to take a part time job with them. I emailed their hr person asking for how much it pays not sure what's the right decision however if it pays more than what I'm making then it might be worth it with a foot in the door elsewhere
