I applied for internship at a company. I got a phone call to have an interview and an email about some information like how to get there and when I should arrive.
A week later I had an interview and I got an email that I failed. But they also offered other positions which I couldn't find out on their website anymore. I applied for a certain position again. This time they gave me a phone call to me to have an interview "without any email." It doesn't seem like a good sign. I'm preparing for the interview but what if I'm beating banging my head against the wall? I'm a bit suspicious of this second internship openings. Can I trust them or should I find another internship program? Please give me your opinion.

Did they give you any feedback on why you failed the first internship interview?

I think you should go through with the interview process regardless if it's futile and here's why: you will get to practice your interview skills, it will help you make professional contacts, and there is a possibility you will get it, even if it seems unlikely.

Good luck,
Seesaw

I agree with seesaw- the interview will be good practice even if this company turns out to be somewhere you don't really want to work. I would continue to look for other opportunities.
