I am a shy guy therefore I don't usually engaged in small talk with other people at work. I just avoid them unless I have to deal with them directly.
How do you guys deal with shy issue? |

If i have to do "small talk" i rely on letting others talk about themselves. Most people love to! I just ask questions and listen. As a bonus, i come off looking super nice.
