There is this manager at my job who is really werid. He's not even the manager of my department. He's always complaining about my department but, the other managers like us and everyone gives really positive feedback about us. Except for him. I had an issue with him in December. It really pissed my boss off and she told the store manager and was really glad I told her. He's like always asking if I understand how to do stuff. Which I do. I'm a fast learner. I always get called in to do extra projects so people say I do a good job. Today he was really werid. He was just hanging out where I was working. Like hiding behind shelves. I was doing something that my boss has asked me to do. Then I went to the other side of the asile, and a few minutes later, he came up to me, looked at me, and walked away without saying anything. If anyone has read any of my other posts you know I'm very paranoid. But why was he lurking and watching me? Also why would he just come up to me and then walk away without saying something? I feel like maybe he's trying to watch me to see if I'm doing something wrong, so he can use it against me? I'm not going to say anything, because I'm probably wrong, it's Just freaking me out. Does anyone have an explanation? Why does he care so much when he's not even part of my department or even one of the main managers?

I would say even someone who doesn't have paranoia issues would be creeped out by that.
I wonder if your store has cameras? I really think you should say something, but of there is no way to "prove" that he was hiding and watching you, he may try to turn it as you are lying to get him in trouble... I also think that you are probably not the only employee who has had issues with him. Usually, people that like don't just pick on one person. I hope it turns out okay.
