Hi guys,
I'm usually very self-sufficient on figuring myself out but im facing a bit of a problem I need help with(I'll be brief). I do not enjoy days off in fact I dread and don't look forward to them like I used to. I'm 20 and a community college student for some context. I used to love weekends and off days and would look forward to doing nothing now I loathe the idea of not having plans. I feel lonely and like I'm the only one not doing anything. This also happens on Friday and Saturday nights where I'll feel crummy because I know everyone else is out doing things and I'm doing nothing and alone. Summer break is coming up and I'm heading off to university in the fall however I'm not looking forward to all the time off this summer, and I was even contemplating grabbing a second job just to cut free time. Is workaholic-ism my problem or is it something I'm not seeing? Thank You! I need all the help I can get |

I feel like that. I'm out of work due to a heart condition and being alone with myself has been driving me into depression.
I'm used to using work as therapy and never having any time to think about my past, my present or my future. It kept me from thinking about myself at all. I feel like a failure now that I'm stuck at home.
