First, a little backstory. I've been unemployed since December. There are many factors to this, including a couple mental health issues, and the fact that I decided to change career fields (from blackjack dealer to factory worker). It's been a soul-crushing, disheartening ride so far. But at long last, today I got the news I've been dying to hear.

I've been offered a full-time position at a local plastics factory, through a temp agency. This is exactly the kind of job I was hoping for. I start training on Monday! Typical me, I'm already wondering how I'll manage to screw it up this time. But I have something to prove this time, to myself more than to anyone else.

I'm a little worried my ADHD will get in the way. I'm on the wait list to see a new pdoc, hopefully he/she will help me find meds that work. I don't wanna mess this up. One day at a time, right?

Anyway, this just made my whole week!!!
