I got moved to the email team at work after doing billing for 6 months lateral move same pay. I have an internal job interview on Tues for a quality assurance position took a year to get an interview offer.
I'm still looking at other jobs my resume is fantastic I have more skills under me no excuse for other employers as why they can't hire me. |

I have an internal interview today at work I haven't interview since last year for any internal positions

Good luck--All you have to do is let them see the "real" you (but maybe not absolutely everything--I have read your awesome blog)--you are a competent and wonderful person....
