I have a question. I am looking at these positions one I already applied to a remote position through a funding company - no bs start up company. one position i applied to is 16/hr a dollar more than what i make now. i am looking at a salary increase it didnt say anything about needing a degree i did a personality test and emailed them exactly what the instructions said.

i am looking at negotiating if possible. is it possible to negotiate for more pay but within reason? how could you negotiate and offer something you would like to learn/improve or get better at? i dont want to toot my own horn but how can i earn more and prove myself? it seems i have a chance in these types of companies than corp companies.

current employer not going anywhere too many dangling of carrots i have had enough of it.
