I'm trying to make a mid-career transition to a different job, possibly different field. I have about 8 months before my current job ends to make this move. I started therapy about 3 months ago, which has been moving slowly. I wonder if I should be using a career coach to deal with more concrete, immediate tasks related to finding a satisfying career. Just curious if anyone had experience with coaching vs therapy.
