I've been working at a daycare for 2 1/2 years now, I've stayed this long, as it's the first daycare where I wasn't bullied..
What a relief, not to be bullied, to have most of my co-workers be friendly to me! Most....there is certain ones that aren't too kind, really.. And I began as a teacher, only to be demoted to van monitor, which was fine, when I sat with the children, engaging with them.. But now we have a new van, where I sit in the passenger seat, instead of in back with the kids....and the kids just watch a DVD.... The van driver can be overbearing.. I guess the absence of bullying...as a relief as it is...isn't the end-all....be-all....

What is making you ask this question?
Are you not getting any job satisfaction or something similar? I'm trying to change jobs because I have too much responsibility (which amounts to too much stress which has knocked my bipolar out of wack)... I'm currently looking for something simple or at least more chilled. I'd actually love to work at a Day-care |

You can always look for another job, just don't quit this one until you have a new one.
