I'm a little nervous, but I've been working from home (overnight) as a customer service rep since May. I quit my 7 year career bc my PTSD symptoms were out of control.

I am READY to get back to a regular 9-5, I'm just not sure if this job is right for me. I'm almost willing to take anything to get back to a regular schedule and off the phones with abusive customers. Plus, I'm starting to feel like I'm disappearing bc I never leave home unless I need to go grocery shopping.

This is actually my 2nd interview for this gig and I also have to do a skills test. Hopefully I haven't forgotten anything.

WISH ME LUCK!

My advice would be to ask all the questions you need to in order to know if the job is right for you or not. And I hear you about working from home! It has its pluses and minuses....

Wishing you the best of luck with your interview and let us know how it goes!!
Thanks for this!

I bombed the skills test---I forgot to do something because I spent so much time on another task. I know how to do the work, I just lost track of time.

My biggest fear is failing--again. I had to quit my last job due to PTSD triggers (unable to focus and get my work done, getting very easily irritated all the time, barely sleeping, etc). I just don't want my diagnosis to keep getting in the way.

I was/am really hoping for this gig. My nest egg is running out and my work from home customer service gig is not cutting it anymore.

I will just keep applying for jobs I guess. At least I will feel like I am doing something.

I'm sorry that happened - if you clicked with the interviewer, I'd ask if I could retake... you don't have anything to lose.
