I want to write a review about my former job on Glassdoor. I’ve gotten into trouble before about yelp reviews. So I don’t want to get into trouble. I feel like a bad review about the company could get me into legal trouble, even though that’s one of the reasons Glassdoor exists.
I just want to say that there is no rhyme or reason to how we get things done. There is no quota on how many boxes per hour we had to process. I also wanted to say that after an 8 hour shift we wouldn’t even get all the boxes off the truck. I’d say we rarely had equipment and the store would bring us back multiple days in a row and we still didn’t have any equipment, so it was basically a waste of the employees time, and the store hours to bring us in. Sometimes we’d come in 5 Days a week and the truck would still not be done. I would not say anything bad my boss said. Including the fat shaming comments she made to me a couple of times. By the way, I’m not even fat. I weigh 158. She’d just make comments in general about people’s weight. She was like 120 and 5’6. Could I get into trouble for anonymously posting something on Glassdoor? I’m not lying about anything either. I’ve been to a few job interviews for the same type of work, and they have quotas and all kinds of rules I didn’t have. They also mentioned to me they get the truck done In one day. |

Geez, I would definitely leave the review if it is anonymous, and I would include a sort of general statement about managers that make discriminatory remarks about people and therefore an uncomfortable work environment.
If it's anonymous then why not? It helps other people know whether or not it's a good company. And maybe it will help the company change their ways. Seesaw
