I was scheduled to have two phone interviews last Thursday. The first one went ok but for a bunch of reasons I'm not excited about the job. I have a Skype interview scheduled for it tomorrow and am dreading it. I was more excited about my other phone interview but they didn't call me at the scheduled time. Today I was away from my phone and got two voicemails from the company I expected to interview with on Thursday. I mixed up the dates and the interview was actually for today. I'm so mad at myself. I was really excited for this job and just screwed it all up.

It happens. Don't beat yourself up over it. Can you ring them and explain? If not, then this job wasn't meant to be. You'll get more chances.

Aw, I'm so sorry, crisscross. Let me tell you, I've been interviewing for 4 months now, and I have been through the same thing. I have been interviewing so much that sometimes it's hard to keep them all straight, and of course, technology sometimes fails us when we think we've saved it in our phone or calendar. And then there are days I'm just so burned out from answering the same questions over and over again that I just can't do it.
You will find something. Like pegasus said, try reaching out and rescheduling. Just explain that you had mixed it up with another interview and that you're interviewing a lot right now. They may reschedule, they may not. It could still happen. Or maybe it just means something better is going to come along. Seesaw __________________ What if I fall? Oh, my dear, but what if you fly? I hate it when that happens. I was late to an interview because I got lost. But do explain what happened though, you aren't the first person to forget an interview and certainly won't be the last. One thing I do when I have a date confirmed is write it down on my calendar and have them repeat it back. That helps me keep it straight if I have it written down. I hope everything turns out okay and best of luck on the job search
