I’m going to have to call SSDI. My hours these next few months are going to interfere.
My therapist and my mom are making me really mad. If I’m capable of working more hours and if I’m not having any issues then why shouldn’t I work more hours? If I’m able to do all this then I don’t get what they are upset about. I flat out refuse to tell work no. They need me and if I ask them to cut my hours (this is the start of the holiday season) they may cut my hours drastically and only give me 2 days a week or something. __________________ I'm Blue |

Things were slightly better. This afternoon after work I found a good YouTube tutorial on some simple stuff I have to know. I think I can have it mastered by the end of next week if not before. I can see it's getting to be a bigger problem not having my own computer. I hope the director sees off hat way.

A bunch of heavy boxes almost fell on me today at work. My male coworker who caused the boxes to fall was able to keep them from hitting me. Everyone was asking if I was ok and he apologized twice and then when we went on break he offered to buy me a snack from the store next door.
I’m not mad at him at all, I just feel super embarrassed about it. __________________ I'm Blue |

I could of sworn my coworker said to my other coworker “how are you doing working with Montaindewed?” Maybe she didn’t say it, it was hard to hear. It’s bugging me. It’s like if you tell me what is making you say that then I can work on it if it’s something legit that I’m doing wrong. This hasn’t happened in a couple months, so it’s annoying.
Also at 4.5 months pregnant I don’t think she should be doing the stuff she’s doing. But that’s none of my business. __________________ I'm Blue |

Well I'm working again now for the lawyer's sister, a chiropractor. Her office is super busy in comparison. I work afternoon's now. I worker harder, make less, and work more days but fewer hours. It's a big change to my income level and my motivation is less.

I was kinda out of it on Saturday. I was asking my coworkers weird questions like if I looked like I gained weight and stuff. I think I was just really tired. Today one of my coworkers asked me if I figured out the thing with my boyfriend. I don’t have a boyfriend so I had no idea wtf she was talking about. So I just said no. It must have been something I mentioned on Saturday. I’m not really worried. Although saying weird stuff and not remembering it should probably be a bit alarming.
I don’t actually remember much of work today either. I just remember my team being told we did a good job. In order for us to be told that all of us have to be doing our part. So I guess I don’t have to worry. I think it’s just because I do the same stuff at the same time every time I work. __________________ I'm Blue |

I heard my managers say that they might start scheduling some people in my department later in the day. I’m pretty sure I’ll be one of those people. I have a completely open schedule. Any day of the week from 5 to closing. I also worked regularly in the afternoon for half of the 10 months I’ve been there. So they know I can be alone and get a lot done. I’m having mixed feelings about it. They pressured me so much to switch to the mornings. Then they just scheduled me all of a sudden and I didn’t say anything. However, this getting up early thing isn’t working too well. I also save quite a bit of money by sleeping in until 11, starting work at noon and coming home at 7 and having no time for anything else. I don’t know. Maybe they will change their mind about the whole thing
I’m worried though because some of the time there is nothing to do when I work that late. So I have to go out on the floor. Saturday at 5 in the afternoon is horrible. They also for some unknown reason think being on the floor is my favorite thing. It seems they just pulled that out of their butt. If I did anything it was voicing the opposite. Just when things were going good. __________________ I'm Blue |

Worn out at work. Please, please, very please to check everything before you finalize everything. You can change your mind and request some adjustments during this time. I give you a long time to analyze and think, so please please please use it wisely. Don't change it after the finalization because it waste so much time and cost. And it is tiring to get back and forth just to change a minor adjustment that can be done in one sequence.

I called into work on Friday. I wasn’t feeling good. Saturday I left less then an hour after getting there. Management was not happy with me. They told me I have used 8 out of 12 of my sick days. Plus I have left early other times. If you get 12 it’s an automatic termination. I went into work today. The manager I was talking to on Saturday asked if I was feeling better. I told her I had a doctors appointment set up In a few days after work. Other manager ignored me but was fine when I started a conversation with him. The 3rd manager had a bit of an attitude with me, but was pretty friendly when I was leaving. I think going in there today has helped me redeem myself. I have to be excellent until November 1st. I feel like I am a bit on thin ice with work. Hopefully I’ll have some answers from my doctor on Thursday. I am off tomorrow. Which is helpful,

I’m going to request off Black Friday and that Saturday. I know last year people were requesting those days off. My store doesn’t do Black Friday. Last year the store was less crowded then it is at noon on weekdays. The worst they can say is no.
Does this sound like a good idea? __________________ I'm Blue |

The new guy at work talks to everyone and jokes around except for me. He’s hardly said anything to me. I seem to intimidate people. This has happened many times since I was a kid, where I’m the only one being ignored. I’m not doing anything, so it’s there problem and not mine. The guy is 11 years older then me. I think he may have some issues. I try not to take these things personally.
I overheard people talking about him. One guy said “we get what we get.” People are rude. __________________ I'm Blue |

It looked like it was an anxiety issue. I got a prescription for Xanax twice a day and it seems to be working. I take one as soon as I get to work and it lasts my whole shift.
My manager and I made a compromise for Black Friday. I work that day, but I work my normal shift. Which means I’ll be completely finished with work by noon. __________________ I'm Blue |

Work was just awful. First my favorite coworker didn’t show up. I was working with someone who kept muttering the same song under her breath the entire 5.5 hours. Plus she was just doing other absent minded dumb stuff. Then about 35 minutes before the end of my shift that coworker that bullied me but then got angry about something completely different and quit just randomly walked in the backroom with another women about her age or a couple years older and a baby. So this is apparently ok and not some major HR violation or something? I mentioned it to my coworker and she said “yeah they can come back and visit.” And then can bring friends with their babies? The women said hi to me but nothing else but it was just a weird situation.
Then on my way out I thought I was going into the right white car and I almost went into the wrong car and I scared the crap out of the lady inside of it and embarrassed the crap out of myself. Does anyone find the visiting coworker weird? __________________ I'm Blue |

today work was worse than yesterday. They kept adding the job amount. I managed to finish a few tasks though.
The worst part was: we received the shipment of product packages. They were too big 2 cm. It was actually the procurement's manager request. I don't know whether he pretended to forget or truly forgot. He acted like he don't know anything. He tried to blame the supplier, but he can't because I'm the one who made the design with his request. Unfortunately, I didn't have the proof because the request was spoken, not written. In the end, I had to take the blame. Thankfully the big bosses weren't abusive, but it strained our relationship and his trust to me further. And... this was the same manager who assigned me to do the supervising task tomorrow despite my plea for changing it to the other day. The job amounts were high at the moment, and I can't handle it. |

Work was kind of frustrating today. My department manager is so immature. He’s constantly joking around and goofing off and talking about coworkers who have the day off or who are not in the room at the moment. He talks about them behind their back and the things he says are mean and nasty and he is just a bully. My other coworkers think he is hilarious and are unaware that he talks about them too when they are not around. He is almost 40 years old and you’d expect better from a department manager. I know he says stuff about me but I don’t really care it’s just that I find his comments about other people so rude and so distracting. I tried complaining once and he just deneid it and then I didn’t want to start stuff anymore so I’ve just been trying to ignore it, but it seems like it’s just getting worse.
He doesn’t yell. I have had managers throw things at me and slam things in front of me. He’s not like that at all. He’s just rude and mean but not a screamer or a yeller. I don’t think there’s anything I can do. I know he has been looking for work closer to his house since he commutes pretty far each way. But today was so annoying. Plus the way everyone just feeds into it. __________________ I'm Blue |
