I went from being scheduled 5 days this week, to only working 2, because of schedule changes. Part of me doesn’t really mind. My anxiety had been bad with the holiday hours. the other part does sort of mind because of money issues this month. I think as long as I watch my spendings and budget my money I’ll be fine. I still have some Christmas gift cards, and I’ll be getting a couple more. I’m sure it will work out.

Tomorrow is the last day of my vacation at work. Coworkers are already emailing me about doing even more than I was doing before the break. I'm having a panic attack. I know the answer is to just say no. I hate that I have thing after thing piled onto me.

First day back to work and I'm overwhelmed already.
We're going to have company vacation. It should be nice because we're fully paid for that, not for work, and it's somewhere I've never traveled to. Unfortunately, work is the source of my depression and anxiety right now. Moreover, I've been shunned by a group of coworkers. I know can stick with other groups, but random room division will be dreadful. I wish I won't share my room with that group. |

Work went fine today. I kind of felt like people were looking at me funny. I had on jeans and a t shirt and an unbuttoned flannel shirt. Maybe I looked kind of sloppy with the shirt unbuttoned. I had gotten cold that’s why I put it on. It takes forever to button. I’ve lost a lot of weight in the past couple months so maybe that’s what they were looking at me too. I was just kind of self conscious especially since my zipper had been down earlier but I had zipped it.

I was in a meeting with all of the other administrators in my department. This year really is a case of too many cooks in the kitchen, but it was hobbled together quickly. There are four of us. Everyone thinks our principal will not have it be this way again.
After the admin meeting, I was talking to one of the other admins. She and I were speculating who would end up being the sole head of the department next year. "C, but she doesn't want it. So it would be E or me." I don't disagree that I'm the least likely candidate for the job, but there was something incredibly hurtful about hearing it out loud. |

I’m really nervous about my 10 hour shift on Monday. It’s not the amount of hours. I’ve done more. It’s just I’m worried about doing something wrong, or not being able to use the equipment correctly. And then getting yelled at. They showed us a video, but that was a week ago. I plan on taking 3 Xanax to work with me. I guess I should just hope for the best.

My coworker was on her phone texting non stop for 2 hours. She would just hide her phone and act like she was working if a manager walked by. But the managers didn’t come back that often. I was doing all the work though. And there was still some left by the end of the shift because she wasn’t doing anything. At one point a manager was walking towards us. I could see the manager, but my coworker was so involved with her phone. I really wanted the manager to catch my coworker. But the coworker saw her just in time to hide the phone.
I don’t care if I was being shady by trying to get her into trouble instead of warning her that the manager was nearing. I was getting really frustrated with her. __________________ I'm Blue |

Work went pretty good these last couple days. Yesterday was slightly stressful towards the end, but today was fine.

very awful.
The work is fine, but the work environment become more toxic. I grow tired with this toxicity. I know it is much better compared to my old workplace (whose boss cheats on my salary), but the coworkers are worse. There is too much personal drama running around here. While it doesn't affect the tasks adn job performance, it makes the workplace uncomfortable. |

I don’t really want to go into work tomorrow. Last week they had us moving shelves of merchandise. I can’t imagine they would have us do this two weeks in a row. When I left today there didn’t look like there was a ton left to do. But maybe there’s enough to keep a few people busy for a few hours. Unless other people got it done in the 10 hours my shifts been over. Then what will I do? Yeah, I’m spiraling.

Looking into a sales job but the place is out of the UK and I'm in the US so I have to look to see if I'd have to pay taxes in both countries or how that would work.

I really didn’t want to go into today. I contemplated several times in half an hour to call in. I’m glad I didn’t. There was a lot to do, and the managers were not happy at the people who did call in. Work wasn’t too bad. I did injure myself but I don’t feel like bringing it up to management. I fail to understand how leaning over a table can cause the amount of pain it did. That’s on me. Not work. I don’t want to make a big deal out of this.

I feel like the coworkers (who shun me for unknown reason) are fooling me. They were nice and not at the same time. They tried to get my attention but they wouldn't let me in their clique. I ignored them all the time (except for work purpose), but it becomes irritating. If they really hate or mad at me, then just leave me alone. Why can't they?
Meanwhile, my supervisor and his other woman (other coworker) dated all day, left the work to us. I don't get why the hell they did not get any warning! We don't care with the personal cheating drama, but at least do the work. It doesn't take 5 seconds to pass the paper, why the hell they needed 30 minutes to do so? There are lots of other dramas... but these two are in my mind. I'm thinking to look at another job. The environment is awful. On the other hand, the job itself isn't that bad. And I need 2 years portfolio... |

Manager said today “today, is not going to be a good day.” I had breakfast, and a Xanax. So I really could have cared less. I just did what I was supposed to do for the most part. I’ve noticed that when I eat breakfast and have caffeine the day goes by really fast. Today was no exception.

Work was just bad today. My coworkers were having their own issues and it was just affecting my own anxiety. Two coworkers broke down crying. I know why one was crying. I’m not sure about the other. and I felt like I was going to die from so much anxiety because of the caffeine I had today.

Ugh..
The problematic coworker will be demoted tomorrow. But the one who will replace her is one of the girls who shun me. And we will often work on same projects. |

We have policy’s about buying from the back and I asked the manager if something would be put out before I left. He asked me if I wanted to buy it and I said yeah and he told me to ask a specific person to put it out before I left.
There was some confusion, but basically, she put it out and I bought it. So I feel like I did everything right, but I also feel like I did something wrong and I might get into trouble for it. The thing is, plenty of people just go in the back and grab things they want. I was doing what the manager told me to do. I just feel like I did something wrong. My mom said I didn’t. __________________ I'm Blue |

Work went fine today. I probably worried for nothing. We have been having a lot of talk these past couple days about work place safety. I wonder if it’s becauase of that story on the news about that employee who faked a work place injury.

We got talked to as an entire store about dress code. Including stuff with logos on it. I know in my interview I was told not to wear logos. But then I saw others in my departments wearing them. For the past few months I’ve been wearing hoodies with big logos on the front of them. So yeah, that dress code was directed towards me and about 2 other people. My yearly review won’t be quite as good as last year. I’m not that nervous. They have never talked to me personally about anything except one time about my attendance. Which was just a warning because I called in 3 times. I just have to start follow directions which I plan on doing.
