I blamed you for woman getting I touch on. Fb and knowing all about my struggles. It was impossible to keep it a secret but I still wished that the whole of my town did not know. It would have been better if I had been treated in Aberdeen where I didn't know anyone and could get away for a proper rest.
That's why I said your a hole of ex boss. 300 .You are actually very nice.
When will getting treatment for mental health not come accompanied with shame and being ostracised? Not anytime soon. Hardly any wonder I tried to run from it all or end it all.
Not everyone is cruel or Ill informed and shun you but most do.

Primary Dx: C-PTSD and Severe Chronic Treatment Resistant Major Depressive Disorder
Secondary Dx: Generalized Anxiety Disorder with mild Agoraphobia.

Meds I've tried: Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa, Effexor, Remeron, Elavil, Wellbutrin, Risperidone, Abilify, Prazosin, Paxil, Trazadone, Tramadol, Topomax, Xanax, Propranolol, Valium, Visteril, Vraylar, Selinor, Clonopin, Ambien

Treatments I've done: CBT, DBT, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Talk therapy, psychotherapy, exercise, diet, sleeping more, sleeping less...
