My company is merging with amazon deal not closed yet. I will keep my same pay and title. My employer is so dirty really getting on me. I took 4 calls today on the supervisor line my boss told me other supervisors will be monitoring my phone time for 2 hrs. This company has been dirty since day one.

3 days I wasn't taking many calls. If it's super slow and no calls for 2 hours I'm getting chewed out 4 it. I stepped up today and took 4 calls during my 2 hours of my phone time. I've been under the radar since the very beginning of my career journey with my current employer. I hate phone work but info my job in other ways just fine.

Today I applied 2 a bunch of jobs. This merger has been making crap even more worse. I heard a few of operations management has quit! More agents are quitting too! I turned in my offer letter for Amazon today deadline is tomorrow.

Nope I've had not had any calls 4 jobs only calls for low paying jobs that's it. I'm looking at stepping down from a lead role to another elsewhere whatever that is with another company then regroup for a leadership role down the road.

2 much *** kissing at my current job. It's in the media that we merge. I'm looking for jobs that says immediate hire to get out I don't want another call center position huge deal breaker.

Just venting.
