Everyday seems to be a bad day at work. Nothing but sup escalations of really disrespectful people. Now I had 2 escalation go super south my sup wants to review it with me and coach me eye roll.

It's been hell on a daily basis at work. I'm still applying to jobs and no interviews yet. I'm so ready to walk and say **** y'all done with this! Customers horrific verbal abuse trumps my rights as an employee I don't believe in that practice hand holding company. Everybody asks me why do u always get the most nastiest people? They get more nice people than me.

It's beyond bad people are quitting daily and getting fired prob on purpose anyway to find better. Hate phone work not 4 me I tried to make it work 4 me in a very short amount of time it wasn't getting better. I am ready to step down from leadership and regroup as I had the worse job training from it.
