So I think I'm getting depressed from the whole work / career thing. I'm in my 40s and the sole earner for the family. Got wife and kids.

Pressure is really getting to me now. Been doing this for a long time now and I think now Im cracking.

Also, my last 3 jobs turned out to be something different than what they promised.

Just tired of getting pushed around by the system. Feel like giving up and running away.

Is there some type of therapy/therapist that specializes in this type of therapy? Work related stress, or maybe delve into something deeper in me that makes me feel like this?

Yes lots of therapists would be able to help you with this. I hope you can reach out and find someone.
Thanks for this!
