Hello,

I know everyone can relate to having anxiety when it comes to a new job. I have done a lot of different jobs and so I know all about the process of learning and making inevitable mistakes. The repetitive process has taught me not to be so hard on myself as anyone can get good at something with practice. Keeping this in mind, my anxiety diminishes but it is still there.

I am a very regressed and young and heart individual working in a very dirty and dangerous work environment around heavy machinery and loud noises. I am a very sensitive person and I find this incredibly difficult to live in; but I need a job.

How do others cope with this?

Thanks,
HD7970ghz
