I had to quit my 13 year job because the company owner drove me crazy with his crazy behavior. He has a daughter with Down Syndrome and himself suffers from ADHD. That means he jumps from one business to another and makes everyone work their *** off to make his new business ideas work. The only time I didn't work was when I was asleep. I was made to do work that I wasnt hired for and do not specialize in. Even after I did my best, I was told I wasnt good enough. I was so stressed working with this maniac that after I quit, I did nothing for a month and just chilled. I have put it behind me and encourage others here to quit rather than working for such people and allow your self esteem to be destroyed

I'm sorry you had this unfortunate experience. I'm glad you have been able to put it behind you. Not everyone is able to do that. Thanks for sharing your experience here on PC.
