I've been having trouble getting up and moving a lot of days lately. I have an accomodation from my job but I still feel like I'm failing. I feel depressed and don't really want to be alive but at the same time I want to move out of my parents' house and live independently. When I'm feeling better and able to do okay this seems like a realistic goal but on days like today when I don't feel well it seems impossible.

Tired of having to exert so much effort just to survive.

—-write down yr goals and break them down into very small steps. Also have a list of things that can energize you. Water aerobics is amazing, or walk w a friend. Maybe that friend could be the cutest therapy dog ever. R yr meds boosting us up enuf?
Thanks for this!
