I’m not too worried. I had planned on looking for a second job in January anyways. I’m capable of working full time anyways. My mom said they may not even cut it completely. I’m hoping they don’t cut it completely. This may be exactly what I need to succeed in life. Any comments or suggestions?

If you are capable then that is what you should do. If you can work, you are better off in many ways.

I agree. If you can work full-time, it makes sense to do it. You will probably make more money than you would on disability. Also, I think working can help with depression (it does for me anyway).

I am always in the mind set that people who are able to work full time should work full time. You will feel better about yourself if you work to your full potential.

Oh yeah I totally agree. I’d kind of like to find another part time retail job and work 20 hours at my current job and 20 hours at the new job. I’m kind of hesitant about finding one full time job because I think those are mostly office jobs? And I do not have job training or social skills for telemarketing or anything like that. However I am willing to learn. I also am not excited to be sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. I like being active and moving around , lifting things, etc. I’m mostly worried about being able to afford insurance to pay for my meds.
