I'm retaking the state test tomorrow. Passed the national. Really praying I pass the state test. Decided not to give up on it. Yes I'm working part time at night, but I have goals. Getting relicensed fits with my bigger goals. Might put it on ice until my student loans are fully discharged, might not. Just have to see how life flows.

Good luck.
 I have the ability to wave into my real estate license I have another degree that qualifies me for it. I keep getting stuck on the fact that I have to put up a bond? And I have no idea how to do that. Very annoying. |

Thanks. Really ended up having to pick a date ea egg lier than I was ready for, so I'm hoping the little bit of studying is enough with past knowledge.

Failed it have to retake it. Should retake the class but it's costly. For now I'll do my best.

Sorry to hear that Aviza.
I hope you can pass next time. Personally, I could not do real estate because I am not good at sales. I just don't have the personality for it. |
