Ugh. The tension is really kicking up at work and about to get worse. I am desperate to transfer out. I’ve been trying for several years to get out of this place. I just need a place to come and vent this today because I’m trying to be careful what I say at work. There’s a possibility I’m getting help so that my workload will get back to normal and I should be getting the transfer some time in May and it just can’t come soon enough. I don’t want to burn any bridges before then with my irritability and grumpiness and tiredness.

Well May is not so far off, at least, but I know when you are waiting for something like that it can still feel like an enternity. I guess try to focus on the things in your life that make you happy and disengage from the office crap as much as possible. Hugs!!


I am back to feeling the same way lately after some improvement. We are expected to do more and more, but nothing is appreciated. I'm not sure what to do. Clearly I need something else lined up if I want to quit, since we just bought a house, but I am not seeing much out there to apply to. Some days I sort of just wish they'd fire me since they'd have to pay severance.

I have nothing to offer except knowing how you feel.
