And nothing. No acknowledgement, no talk of a raise, nothing. My coworker was there a year in April, was given a gift and a raise. I mentioned how ss gives raises every year. Still hoping she decides to do something for me, my anniversary was July 18. I'm already underpaid, the least she could do is provide a raise. My coworker makes 2/hr more than me. She hot a 50 cent raise.

Sometimes annual evaluation is not exactly in a year but maybe a year and few days. I’d ask your employer about annual review

raises are not a given. they are nice but not always a given..something to remember. it's nice but the company does not always have to offer them. you can ask when the review is scheduled and if there will be a monetary increase but unless it is written in the contract I don't believe that a bonus is required. (everyone likes them but it's always nice from the company)
