We were busy so I was helping more with patients, set up and take down. Usually I leave take down to her.

But the additional step I was taking was removing hot packs from the patient before she comes in to treat them. Didn't think much about it really just trying to speed things up.

She was so grateful. She really thanked me for my help. Now I know in the future how to be of assistance, without being asked.

Initiative is something that doesn't come naturally to me. That day it did because I asked God how I could serve him today in the morning. He found a way!
