Anyone else who is still working find that when their day off comes that they just sleep the whole day from exhaustion?
Between added stress due to worrying about getting COVID-19, added stress about doing my job during this, and the fact that my work seems to be increasing, not decreasing (I get this is good but it's still stressful), then add on top of that that I have disabling cPTSD and my monster of a bio dad reached out to me and I've been triggered by different stuff, you know flashbacks, panic attacks, and dissociation, and I'm just exhausted when Saturday rolls around. I'm going to try to do better next week about limiting my work hours. I had a few clients in emergency this past week, and I worked around 65-70 hours. I know that after the 50 hour mark my body starts to suffer and my productivity is significantly decreased, so I at least learned through this where the limit is. I'm going to try to keep next week at 40-45 hours and no more. Anyone else just exhausted when Saturday rolls around? __________________ What if I fall? Oh, my dear, but what if you fly? No but I am far more exhausted when I go in. I went in one day this week and what should have taken 30 minutes took all day. I had planned to leave early but I didn't get out until late. I fee like because I am there everyone is clamoring for me to do their stuff.

I feel like it is taking more energy for me to do my work these last weeks. The work is the same, but keeping focused on it is more difficult. I'm also having trouble getting good sleep. My normal sleep patterns have been disrupted with everything going through my mind lately. The weekends are too short. I wish I had an extra day to get more rest.
