Not happy have redo my whole budget, and am seriously debating about finding another job. Found out today. 12 hours a week. No raise in two years, and reduced hours. This place doesn't respect me. As soon as i have an out I'll be out.

Indirectly. Our fill in wanted a day. So she cut our hours to give her a day. She's been filling in a lot because of covid. My coworker was afraid of catching it, takes a lot of vacations. Due to my disability i can't fully cover her leaves of absence thus the fill in.

Not her fault you can't work more or your co-worker takes off too much. She wanted an extra day and your boss saw fit to give it to her rather than lose her totally.
