I know someone who needs a full time job with benefits ,
but refuses to take anything that would get his hands dirty.
He’s a lazy leech who’s been living of me and my wife for years.
All the time he has wasted at home he could have learned a trade
or something where he’d be making good money and have benefits.
He just took a part time job with no benefits. What about the child
he just had ?
I know it’s harder nowadays BUT you still have to do what you have to do.
These kids today want to start from the top. It doesn’t work that way.

Why or how are you supporting him? Is this a family member? Is he living with you?

Some people just don’t want to be self supportive. Bizarre, I know. Somehow these people always find someone to pay their bill or hope someone dies and leaves them money. People like this most certainly exist.

You can’t make these people to get a job

The only thing you could it stop supporting him. Complete cut off. He’ll either get a job or go find someone else to support him. Just stop.

I agree divine1966. If support is not available, it may force him to take his butt off the couch and go seek work full time.

That is the main problem. Everyone wishes to catch the position with a simple jump.
