And they are driving me crazy. They are ****ing nit picky my new mgr is the old trainer so it's super annoying. The director is heavily involved in my case though so I have hope of things improving.

I was thinking of quitting today because it's just awful. But than my clients two of them thanked me for my service for fighting for them and said I was sent from God one said I'm inspirational, and I wouldn't let her give up. The other said I really pushed for answers when he needed me to. I was a great advocate!

So needless to say i need to think of those I'm helping and worry less about the beautricities. God will guide me. I wanted to be of service. I definitely am even if I don't feel like I'm doing that much it matters to those I'm doing it for.

Excellent way to look at things. Focus on positives. You accomplish two things by having a job helping others. You help others and help yourself to pay bills. It’s not easy and it’s commendable. Hang in there
