I'm not getting raises cause of being on probation basically for 6 months. No Christmas bonus nothing. I'm meeting all the requirements but they want to keep watching me. I'm feeling discriminated against.

I have my review next week but still on the performance improvement plan so I'm certain I won't get a raise there either. I've asked numerous times to be removed. They said possibly dec now march had 3 different mgrs since nov.

I'm frustrated job coach says stick it out but my frustration level is high.

Why do you feel discriminated against?

Why are you on a performance improvement plan? That kind of indicates there is trouble on the job - but you say you're meeting all requirements, so that is confusing to me.

What would you do if you were to quit?

Because a manager didn't like me. It was mutual. Because since I fessed up to being disabled I haven't gotten removed from plan or given bonuses or raises. if I quit I'd find another source of income. Maybe find a work from home position.

What do you mean “fessed up”? Did you disclose the disability when you were hired? Or was it after the performance plan?

They can’t put you on a PIP because someone doesn’t like you. There have to have been specific things needing work, what were those?

I work from home. My company has PIPs also, most companies do. Also, every keystroke is logged and every task is timed and logged. If nothing is happening on your screen for a few minutes and you aren’t on lunch or break (you put yourself in that status and there is a timer), then your manager will message and/or call you to find out why. We are scrutinized way more than a in-house employee.

I advise not quitting until you have something else lined up. I'm sorry you are struggling though. HUGS if wanted, Kit

yesterday the director raved about how perfect my timecard is. She said I'm doing a really good job. I did have mistakes with the timecard before.

Had my overly critical review, no raise and I'm ready to walk. I can't take it anymore. I applied to 5 jobs one a friend referred me to. I just want to say screw them no notice turn in my work phone and be done. Like now, no job lined up just take a break for a bit.
