The company is making changes and I'm looking at other opportunities within the company. The mgmt is very receptive to this. I've also been removed from the pip. So things are looking up.

Got a 2 dollar an hour raise, now I'm debating about converting to fulltime because it's getting hard to work around disability. I may bring it up to my staff too see what they suggest.

At my company 30 hours a week is considered full time. I basically work 36 hours every two weeks. It would be an adjustment for sure, I have about 15 years of work life left before retirement.

Have to talk with my financial worker. My meds are my main concern I like my job and as long as I keep up with therapy I think I'd be alright.

My life is full of big changes right now. Guess I'm at a cross roads. I hate cross roads cause I lack good decision making skills. I'm trying to listen to my gut, something I didn't do in the past.

That’s a very nice raise! Congrats!

My only concern. Is if you go full time you’d lose subsidized housing and all your other benefits but you’d still not make enough to sustain yourself. Normally I support everyone who wants to come off disability and work full time but you want to be reasonable. Do look into all aspects of it
