My workplace is toxic and inclusive. My mental health was triggered awfully. I cried in the bathroom. Felt sick every day.

Should I do an exit interview? Should I explain the lack of structure, overwhelmed boss, ever changing guidlines, angry yelling and my boss telling me "That's just what it's like working with women".

I need some examples of what to say. If I should say anything at all.

Maybe an email idk

Exit interview. Are they offering one? Absolutely do one or do it in writing. Someone needs to know

I can't seem to edit this. I ended up walking out of work. Feeling threatened by the toxic one

You have a case for suing your manager or coworker for creating a hostile work environment. Look up the statutes in your city for it.
