Yes, your description has possible signs of hypomania or mania.
Talk to your doctor about it ASAP--as well as the voice you're hearing. I'm not a doc, but it sounds like you might need your dose changed (and perhaps something added).
And about not doing anything financial without talking to your parents: very good idea!
