So sorry this is happening, Pengygirl. Your parents appear to need professional help more than you do. Can the Xbox be moved so that you have it in your room for an agreed upon time before being moved back to your brother's room for the same length of time and back and forth like that?

As far as sticking up for yourself, it seems rather futile if all your parents want to do is yell at you.
