(((((Everyone))))) FYI - in case anyone else is having similar difficulties with this company, this is a link to an article about my former long-term disability insurance carrier, First UNUM/Provident; they illegally terminated my benefits in 2001, owe me about $80,000+, and were instrumental in creating my current medical and legal situation.
