I've encountered a problem you ought to be able to solve. It's this: usually when I finish reading a private message and don't want to keep it, I select the whole thing and press the delete key on my keyboard. Zap, it's gone. Today I've received an extra-long private message and I can't erase it. Even if I just highlight one line, it won't go away if I press delete. Can you give me any instructions on how to delete it?
