Hi, People,

I've encountered a problem you ought to be able to solve. It's this: usually when I finish reading a private message and don't want to keep it, I select the whole thing and press the delete key on my keyboard. Zap, it's gone. Today I've received an extra-long private message and I can't erase it. Even if I just highlight one line, it won't go away if I press delete. Can you give me any instructions on how to delete it?

I would be thankful for any help you can give me.

Take care.

While in your In Box, check the box for that message, then scroll down to the bottom and choose "delete" in the drop down box "selected messages"; then press GO. It should delete your message.

after reading the pm. scroll down a little bit and there is a check box asking if you want to delete this pm, tick "delete message" box and click the "delete this message" button.
