I haven't tried a mood tracker exactly, but I do a lot of journal's and diaries. It's another way to keep track I guess, but with more detail. I just found it as a good venting method.. to prevent myself from burdening other people with my problems.. But I think I'll try one of those, just to see how it works out.

I'd rather someone 'burden' me than know they're suffering in pain and despair because no one stops to listen. Caring about a person is not a burden, it's being human and opening one's heart to loving and being loved in return. It can be a chance encounter or a lifelong friendship, but taking that moment to care is what makes us different than those people who accept our "I'm fine" as a real answer.
Though writing IS a good way to blow off steam, I agree.
I just wanted to point out that it's okay to share. Isn't that what we're here for? To be supported and support one another.
