Hi, thanks cindy. That's the issue, I'm no longer in US and I don't have any friends in the city where I went to this studio. They don't have anything in writing where it says students get reels, but I was told clearly in class that we do and I also have his correspondence saying that he'd finish the rest in a week.
I don't know how to get the email or contact for the President. They won't give me that either, can anyone suggest how I can go about getting that? I tried researching online but didn't find anything.
