I just dont know what to do. I dont have the courage to go get help, not if I have to sign myself into someplace and I dont want to live right now.

I havnt slept in 4 days and I am so tired I just want to lay down and never ever get up.

Of course I also dont have the guts to do anything about that either.

I am a spineless freak.
