I just dont know what to do. I dont have the courage to go get help, not if I have to sign myself into someplace and I dont want to live right now.
I havnt slept in 4 days and I am so tired I just want to lay down and never ever get up. Of course I also dont have the guts to do anything about that either. I am a spineless freak. |

Samuel, my friend, if you were a spineless freak, you wouldn't post here. spineless freaks don't post. you're seeking help. do you take meds? do you see a T? have you searched for any kind of support group that you could go to? please seek help and keep coming here...okay? xoxo pat

Samuel, I agree with them. You are not spineless. You had the guts to come here and post. That's a big step. The people here really do care, and I hope you will continue posting.

realisin you have a problem and seeking help takes great courage so you are not a spineless freak. keep postin your feelings here and i think the support you will recieve may give you the boost you need to beat this depression and believe in yourself again.
