Great idea to get into a routine of exercise.
Wondering if you can set up an emergency appointment with your T. And have you spoken to your pdoc about what you are going through? Is it possible for him to tweak your meds?

Mixed episodes are draining and hard to live with, but please know that it will pass. Things will settle and you'll be back to your normal self. Keep yourself occupied, but don't forget to take a break and have "me" time. Go gentle on yourself and get enough sleep - I know that can be hard when you are bouncing off walls
