Mixed episodes are draining and hard to live with, but please know that it will pass. Things will settle and you'll be back to your normal self. Keep yourself occupied, but don't forget to take a break and have "me" time. Go gentle on yourself and get enough sleep - I know that can be hard when you are bouncing off walls

Got my game hooked up & did my first day of what I hope will cont to be a daily exercise regimen. Did spend twice the amount of time enjoying a warm shower though
