I can't decide. I think people avoid it and run from it and "emotionally" eat because of it, etc. but I think it is more easily solved than figuring out what causes other emotions and solving whatever problem one feels one has because of them is.

What's the difference between a feeling and a state of being?

I'm angry versus I'm bored versus I'm anxious versus I'm tired?
