And for me that's the point: gathering understanding and tips from others on different ways of attacking the problem that I hadn't thought of before, or had prejudices against. I take the guidelines here seriously, would like to put them as effectively into effect as I can, and that probably means learning to support people in ways I haven't yet thought of.
