I'm just starting out with this. I'm trying to install using Personal Web Server, and I'm not really sure what I am doing. I have installed ActivePerl 5.6.1 on my PC and going through the install instructions for Open Journal and I come to the CHMOD command.How does this work on PWS? Any help on this would be much appreciated.
