I'm just starting out with this. I'm trying to install using Personal Web Server, and I'm not really sure what I am doing. I have installed ActivePerl 5.6.1 on my PC and going through the install instructions for Open Journal and I come to the CHMOD command. How does this work on PWS? Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Hmm, sorry, the program was designed for Linux systems (any kind of *nix will work actually), so the installation instructions for Windows systems are sparse, to say the least. There is no equivalent of CHMOD on Windows.

Do a search of this forum for Windows installation and you should find some additional help, advice, and tips on it.
